What we collect
When you RSVP, send a message or subscribe for updates, we receive the details you provide — typically your name, email address, guest count, event choices and any notes such as dietary needs. Newsletter subscriptions additionally store your email for updates.
How we use it
Your details are used only to organise the celebrations: seating plans, meal counts, shuttle seats and replying to your messages. Newsletter addresses receive wedding updates, at most twice a month, and nothing else.
What we never do
We never sell, rent or share your details with advertisers or third parties. Photos you appear in are published only as described in our terms, and removed on request.
How long we keep it
RSVP and message records are kept until the celebrations conclude and thank-you notes are sent, then deleted. Newsletter subscriptions last until you unsubscribe — every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
Your rights
Ask us at any time what we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, via the contact page. We will respond within a week.
